Geocoded via OpenStreetMap Nominatim — works for addresses worldwide, not just the US, free and best-effort, rate-limited to one lookup per second and cached so you only pay that cost once per address. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors. Set a "region hint" in Settings (e.g. a state, province, or country) if your addresses are ambiguous without it. For heavy volume, swap in a paid geocoder instead.
Used to auto-fill the letter/email/text generator on each lead.
Used by the "Publish" button in the Deal pipeline tab to push an under-contract deal live on this same site as a public listing. Your admin password stays in this browser only — it's the same ADMIN_PASSWORD you set in Netlify for the Admin page.
